A neihbour had a reliant with a seized head stud, 3 weeks!! eventually screwed the head getting it out. Nut came off the top but it turned out the head gasket had gone a long time ago and filled the gap around the stud with corrosion, didnt blow any further so went unnoticed. needless to say there was a 1 piece head and stud bolt assembly Whats wrong with wd40?

Get really shitfaced ( and I mean PROPER shitfaced ) and go and have a go....works wonders....or more often, ends in broken parts and/or trips to casualty. All I can offer in the advice stakes is get a couple of big mates round, to " hug " the engine to stop it moving.....have you tried leaning it against a wall in the direction of turn ??
