i was wonderin that if i remember rightly its only about £100 miles away from me, must have a bad reputaition in this country so sell it to the yanks

As far as I know you can stipulate which currency you want to sell with regardless of location. Some of my mates always sell their VW bits in US bucks to make it easier for the septics to work with and most of the time the exchange rate with the skippy$$$ is most favourable.
