I need to degrease a big ol engine. Any recommends? I have tried a few things in the past including some less than eco-friendly ways (petrol, cellulose thinner, etc.)
Was thinking of giving the POR-15 Marine Clean a try. Any thoughts on the matter?

Gunk but damn it stinks. What about try scrubbing it down with Manista hand cleaner? You'd probably only need about a mugfull out of a tub of the stuff which has got to be cheaper than Gunk.

Another vote for Gunk here - although if you can find Citraclean in anything other than an IBC it's well worth getting. I've never used a better degreaser before or since. Try a local chemicals place.
