My mate has just bought an older Suzuki Carry of the Bay of E, for £901.00. I think it is a 98 or 99 model. Not sure about engine size, think it is a 1000cc. He wants to add sexy wheels, maybe a lower it a bit, and then maybe get carried away totally ;D
I know there are fans on here of mini vans, and some threads have run over the years.
However, there is also a lot more than what Google throws up.
So show us what you have in your private archives, wheels, paint, mods etc..... Also tell about your views and experience with them please.
Cheers.
(Oh, and yes, you can put that green Kawazaki van on )

Hi Retro guys/gals,
Thanks for the short intro Grizz, live in Essex born and raised in South-Africa although been in the UK for the last 9 years......innit!
Just won little Suzuki Carry R reg (think that is around 1997) Just spoke to the owner and it has always been garaged so hopefully not any rot or holy floor boards. Already trawling the net for various pictures about "slight" modifications. First thing though would have to be the little wafer thin hobnob wheels, they gotta go.
Any pics and info greatly appreaciated and will do a few searches on the forum to look at past items as well. Anybody with good or bad experiences and what I should look out for let me know. Think the little van has done about 89 000 miles so hopefully the engine is still ok for a couple of thousand.
Cheers!

Welcome to the world of Retro's Dirk.
I know you like the older stuff even more, but needs must for now.
Hope you show us a pic or two of the little bus later.
I know there is a Bedford Rascal on here too, and too bad you missed out on that one previously.
