well ...... i told my missus that our flat is going retro the idea is that each room will be of a different era thats retro , this weekend i retro'd our bedroom what ya think ?? The 50's wooden floor , bright paint , and retro prints    |

How about a steampunk bathroom, with a victorian idea of a modern bathroom with lots of brass and rivets and cog wheels. i think that would warrant an early divorce , got to go a bit slow i don't get married till june 09 '  the bathroom is going 70's i have all the fittings from an ol cottage my bro demolished along with a orange light shade etc i will post pics up when done , i have a jukebox and the white n black tiles for the kitchen going for the 50's-60's diner look in there as i have just replaced all the worktops with black and the cupboards with a really light nearley white wood  |

I like this idea, where did you get those prints from? Especially like the right one.
My bedroom wall is that exact same colour and I have some crappy vegas picture up I found in the garage, looks OK but could be better!
Your wall looks like it needs another coat in places, like mine! Might be the flash tho. Either way, that red is ballache to paint!

Good work! 70's bathroom? That's brave ;D My 'rents still have the original avocado suite in their bathroom from 1976. Hideous, but kinda cool. (in fact I don't think anything has really been changed since the 70's. SPAM FROM, carpets, banisters etc, all OEM fitment lol  ) |
