I used to be really into model kits when I was a kid, but I haven't made one in over a decade. So I thought I'd have a go again! Behold the glory of the 1/24 scale '69 Nissan Skyline GT-R four-door! Not bad for eight quid, and gave me something to do last night over a few beers...
(Apologies for wibblepoo picture quality - thought I'd take some arty snaps on the balcony but my cameraphone is gash in low light.)
Couldn't leave it standard, obviously - I left off the front & rear spoilers, mirrors, door handles and wipers to make it smoother, and hacked a bit off the struts to dump it in the weeds.
Oh dear. I think I'm a bit of a nerd.
