OK, last night while the A-list were nobbing it up at the Ace, the rest of us were out at Trowell for the 2nd R-R but 4th OSF East mids meet. (Kinda works like King Jameses do, you know 1st of England 6th of Scotland, that sort of jobber)
Anyway, I about knew nobody, seems it was mostly Derbyshire RSOC guys, had a brief chat with the RR contingent but there was only one Renner and one Cadillac to spoil the Fordness of it all.
Here's photos of what you missed...
I liked the yellow Mk2, you may have guessed...
Later model stuff...
Sadly no donuts...
Real... I think...
Red Mk2 was clean as a whistle...
Great shot spoilt by someone's bad parking, Stretch.... ;D
One for Reanimation....
Another Escos
Ah, a proper "Red Top"? ;D
Another run through the Mk2s...
with a couple of attempts at "artistic interprestation" in the photos...
This blue Mk2 was way nostalgic for me, reminds me of one a mate had back in like 1988. His was a rot box mind, and I nearly died in it a couple of times, but great days huh...
Mah Caddy
Time to go home...
