I have spoke to Santa Pod and they are keeping an area for us with parking for 40 + cars under the Retro-Rides name so look for that name if you are going straight there. For all those going from Gaydon this is the plan
I think the best way is to come out off Gaydon and cross over the M40 and head for Southam. Then go down the A425 towards Daventry and skirt around the edge of it on the A45. When we get to junction 15 off the M1 we will get on the motorway and go down to the services at J15a we can all get together again there and make sure we haven't lost anyone.
Then we can get back on the motorway and travel down to J15 and get off on to the A45
Know if we follow the A45 all the way up to Little Irchester the junction off the A45 and A509 there is a little industrial estate there I will find the name shortly and that will do as our second meet up point its only a short drive down into the pod then so we can all arrive together .
I will hopefully get some localised maps printed up and give them out on the day to all those taking part.
Know If we all smile nicely at Ezzyrs he is going to record the whole event on his new camera for us so we have a bit off a keep sake, should be good with 30 odd retro cars all together so if you see a white RS 2000 hurtling past its not that he wants a race hes just trying to get back in front for the next meet up point . I will also have my dash camera on as well so that we can edit them together ,
