I am thinking, strip it bare... lay the front wheel out, bung on some comedy seating/apehangers = pod cruiser.
Where can you buy a Melody for a fiver? EBAY! It's not totally evil. Yet.

I was looking at this very bike and thinking if stripping it bare too! I'll be following this thread. I'm on the hunt for a Honda Express that isn't at the opposite end of the country for a bit if a lowrider look. I could kick myself aswell as i binned one a couple of years back.
