in your remaining three weekends after you finish your 'little' jobs, could you come round and fettle my rocco too? needs a good wash, the rear panel spraying, drivers seat mechanism fixing, ideally a new drivers door spraying and fitting.... should only take you a couple of hours! lets have some piccies after the lowering job - i can't decide whether mine is pre-lowered or just saggy

Nice! £46 could have bought one angle grinder and a round of drinks though!

Nice! £46 could have bought one angle grinder and a round of drinks though! Indeed - but then I wouldn't have a set of standard springs I can offer to the person who may buy it.

Nice! £46 could have bought one angle grinder and a round of drinks though! ...and you're gonna need the grinder anyway! 25mm isn't much...and I'm not sure but shouldn't a Scirocco be lower than a Golf already? Have you just bought raising springs?

It's plenty low enough - have you seen the size of speed bumps in Windsor Scirocco are exactly the same height as MKI Golf's.

+ Mk2 Rocco's are slightly heavier than Mk1 Golfs. + handling really seems to suffer over 35-40mm lowering I have a bee-sting aerial (think it's a genuine VAG one) - tenner + postage sound reasonable?

I'm still un-decided on what type of aerial to get TBH, I'd like to fit one of the old style ones above the drivers door / front windscreen........ I'll keep you in mind though - cheers.
