Could be a mkI shell with mkII slam panel, wings, bonnet and hatch... *n Must be MKII shell - the rake of the rear 1/4 windows is wrong for a MKI shell.

How did he get away with using a MKII shell but a MKI registration? I thought you were alowed aloud? permitted to use private plates that make the car look older, but not plates that make the car look newer? That is one sexy, cool Festa and I wasn't expecting the surprise in the last pic! very nicely done and a proper Q-car too

very very very good indeed.
I can't even remember when i last saw a mk2 fiesta.
when i was in college ( about 94 ish ) i nearly bought one, had plans to SLAM it and put some RS2000 four spokes on it from a mk2 escort....might STILL do that actually !! ;D

heh heh I left the engine pic til last deliberately ;D
Dunno what gearbox it runs, or much about it to be honest, I was on my way out through the door and just grabbed a few shots! I'll find out more when I can.
The Mini is our Mini 30, I'll dig pics out when I can!

I've just (literally 2 hours ago) filmed the aforementioned Fiesta being driven in anger at the Wirral Motor Club Rally stage on the promenade at New Brighton (closed public road).
It was pretty impressive seeing a Fiesta doing a powerslide!
If anyone would like to see the short clips, can you please tell me how to post/host them.
Cheers, Neil
