I need at least 3 hingepins on the 2 car doors replacing, as they have loads of play in them. The hinges have already been drilled to fit oversize pins in the past, so buying slightly oversize ones isn't possible.
It's on a VW beetle, so it has the chunky hinges which stick out from the body.
Anyone know of somewhere in Bristol that might be able to help me with this? I need the doors sorted so I can get the body adjustments right when I weld it all together.
In theory I think it should just be turning 3 or 4 pins which have the correct outer diameter - and just turning them down until they fit?
