Definatly don't make u bolts with stud. When you bend it you get loads of nice micro cracks in the root of the thread! give it 1 mile before they break! ive seen it done and used but I don't like it its not nice.... si Do thread the ends in the lathe before bending tho yes would have done but no tooling for lathe doesnt help.. si

OK - I'm SO sorry for not updating this for ages and ages and ages! Getting the Delica ready for the gathering, holiday just after that, Area52 play days, manic work schedules....and to top it all..... massive delays with getting the coilovers 'right' and modified have meant that little progress has been occuring on the old Rascal A long and thorough update will follow in the next 24hrs, but for the time being......have a pic of the front wheels fitted.....with the 'correct' ride height and NO photoshopping! This is how the front will sit when it all comes together: Update with more details to follow.....
