Hi I am a newbie here but have been building cars for as long as I can remember, which is to long now ??? (still the insurance gets cheaper ;D) This is one of my toys , its used as a daily hack and abused off road when I get a chance. Started life like this Now it looks like this

Answered my own question from ya mad max thread now! Yeah this is great too. I'm dead tempted to XR4x4 my Fiesta van in the future, you make it seem far too easy and I know it isnt!

Thanks Quite a few people have said about the Hi-Lux looks which is great because I love the old Hi-Lux's Unfortunately this isn't quite as practical as it has had over 12" cut from its length behind the doors to suit the wheelbase and the bulkhead is 4" further into the cab to allow room for the engine.

thats sooooo kooool. i wannna go. espicially as it was a bready and now a pickup. i think it wuld have look sweet as a bready still. reminds me of my mates 'little foot' fiesta pickup off roader.

Did mock it up but decided on Pick -up, kinda wish I had back seats as we have a little boy now so would have been far more practical. Oh well excuse for building something else
