Well, take one surplus childs bike, one keen 6 year old and some time.   Mods in progress. I've just made an aluminium tread plate to put feet on. I'm getting a banana saddle, making a sissy bar then getting on to paint. Which is secret! I just ran out of gas as well, so called a halt for the day. |

I've just road tested it in our kids park. Whoa! it's fast, definitely needs the brake fitting. I scared myself going around the shallow berms ;D I got some nice black stunt pegs for the back today and finished the shiny alu tread plate.  Some smoothing to go, then paint. The scheme is based on a well known Impala...... |

I fitted 16" wheels to a 12" wheeled scooter ages ago
but wasnt very good
have to see If I can redo it
