Hey peeps. Mum's blatting about in one of my saab's at the moment, and with her, shall we say, interesting driving style and turbo power she has totally fried the clutch, i got driven in it a couple of days ago and in anything under 3500rpm it just slips all over the place. She needs to get it done tomorrow whilst she waits - anyone know of any decent places that'd be able to do it in the (preferably) Herts, but possibly north london area?
Around potters bar would be ideal but whatever.

I don't tend to use garages but on the odd occasion I have there's Moordale Motors in Potters Bar. They're Triumph specialists but I guess if they are having a quiet spell they'll take other stuff on. I've certainly seen newish cars there in the past. www.triumph-car-restoration.uk.com/index.html |

p.s. had a laugh with one place who quoted 7 hours labour for the job. Fair enough it might take me that long with no specialist tools but for a clutch specialist?  |

When my Bro lived in Wheathampstead he used to use Mr Clutch. Never had any complaints from him and the prices always seemed keen enough.
