thats really cool, glad we've got so far thru a thread without "but its such a rare car" I love RR That´s because it isn´t rare Tim, if you read through the description its a fibreglass body over self made frame with Ford axle etc etc... not too keen personally but like his way of thinking!

Didn't think for a second it would be a real one, cost would be ridiculous and the finished product uncompetitive. Nice drive in the alps?

heres a big pic so you can see it's only a generic prostock/door slammer drag chassis with a crappy race only body on it. Course its only a "generic" pro stock/door slammer chassis. Its hardly gonna be running on the stock floorpan is it lol. No point starting with a standard body either. The wheelbase isn't long enough and there's no way you'd get 38" tall slicks under the back. The Salt Flats one is real btw. Cooler than a standard one any day of the week. MAtt

Thats Earl Bruces car, He had three of them. This is David Duncan with his 300Sl,he covered close to 450,000 miles in it.It now belongs to Clause Picasso, who is the son of the painter and was himself a great fan of this particular car.

Many years ago I changed my driving style to cope with rising fuel prices; I have now reached the stage where I am contemplating keeping my eyes shut in order to lower wind resistance.
