Lee and I had just been agreeing how one of our all tinme favourite build styles is where you take a straight and otherwise sotck british body shell, restore it and then drop it over righteous and outrageous running gear when this car bob-bob-bobbed by as if to illustrate the point to perfection. Much of the stoock interior remains, although its burried behind a bank of instruments in pods, a cage, B&M shifter, etc.

You see, I said to one of my college lecturers that the Mercedes C-Class estate was shaped like a Viva estate when he was looking at buying one. He looked at me like I was mental and just laughed. I feel vindicated now in my opinion that the Viva estate was a trend-setter Oh yeah... and that is awesome, that's how I want all drag cars to look, standardish but mental fast.

1989 Peugeot 205. You know, the one that was parked in a ditch on the campsite at RRG'17... the glass is always full. but the ratio of air to water may vary.
