picked it up today! need to sort seats out sharpish, got a universal runner kit somewhere so that shouldn't be a problem. i'll bolt the steels on at some point soon to see what they look like too.
well impressed with the way they drive though, cant wait to get it taxed and on the road!

Really interested to see these banded steels on your E30, I have a set of standard E30 steels kicking around somewhere. If I had the money I'd love to do something similiar.

green went today! it was bugging me all day at work so had to be done! and started on the interior.. these are the buckets in that are in it.. they were solid mounted with 'weld effect' weld, so they just snapped free! had a spare universal seat mounting kit, so made a start on the drivers side. looking good so far, and atleast i'll be able to see over the dash and reach the pedals now! forgot to take locking wheel nut tool with me, so couldn't try the banded steelies on for size..

Much better looking now mate. just be glad you didn't stack in tht car or you and the seat would have been on the road! You must have been just about on the floor with racing seats and no rails.

spent the weekend 'de-chaving' it! got rid of the tints, coloured bits, etc.. fitted the seats in properly. also tried the banded steelies on the front.. EDIT :- anyone able to do a photoshop on that piccy^ maybe banded steels at the back and dropped?? they look alright, but not at that height! as I have £f*ckall to my name right now, just gonna SLAM it over the original alloys me thinks! so.. if anyones got some rear lowering springs they can sell me?!
