As it says, is this Marina front suspension? Marina axle? on this Any ideas greatly appreciated, I'm gonna have to order parts for it and I could do with knowing what it is.

Yes mate, it's all Marina stuff apart from the front tie bars (steering arm ends added) and the front dampers (probably from the kit). The axle is Marina too - interesting link set fitted there...... Its nice to see one of them with the proper wheels on, usually the ones I've seen have plastic covers over the steels or a set of modded wires... What do you need?

Are you sure thats not a Mk5 Cortina axle the link setup looks the same. Don't whatever you do put polybushes in the rear arms.

I looked into one of these kits yonks ago when my 1300 died, but even then they were ££££££! PS; just discovered a set of polished Bugatti alloys to fit Marina/Triumph on t'net! Wibble...... ;D

Cheers Marinanut, it's coming into work next week for 'recommissioning' and from the look over last night it'll need bottom swivels, a steering coupling and probably some brake bits. Were those wheels commissioned specifically for that kit? I've never seen them on anything else. Apparently there are 100ish of them worldwide, 25ish in the UK. That particular one is number 7. Can't believe how much money they fetch.

Marinas have suspenson? Having driven an 1800 Deluxe estate a few years back I had assumed thay there were 4 strategically placed blamanges at each corner.
