Hi all,
I have just bought a new camper that needs a small hole patching and rather than paying someone to do it I am tempted to buy a mig and have a bash myself.
After reading up on the mig-welding forum I think it is safe to say I need something half decent to have any chance of making a nice job.
Clarke seem to do the job well so has anyone got one they no longer need? Pro 90 110e etc. Gas preferred.
I would consider something else but I believe it needs to get down to 30 amps at least when welding with 1mm steel and have been told to avoid cheapos and SIPs
Anyone got anything in the north west or fancy giving me a hand to do it?
Have cash waiting.
Cheers
Dan
