Yes, I've seen the Astra in the for sale bit, but its a bit battered and is a bit pricey IMO.
I've currently got a '97 Vectra Derv Estate... and fancy something a touch newer.
Want something 98-00, Large Derv in size, Vectra, Omega, Mondeo, etc... Must have a proper long MOT and 6 months tax, a working load cover, and be in need of absolutely no work.
And it 100% has to be a diesel.
Remote Central Locking is also desirable, as is all the options.
Milage doesnt scare me, cars that have done low miles with no proof of them actually being serviced do. ;D

I've only had the Vectra for 3ish months, bought it with a years ticket and a few months tax and its going well.. so that could be a part-ex back, or the like. I've done all the big DIY jobs, so can get a nicer condition car.

i got a surf that just needs the head gasket doing, still drives nice, you just gotta top the water up every couple of hundred miles
