Missus is having a 'Top Gear' style challenge thing at work with money they have raised from hitting targets etc etc..
Anyway, they've got £640, not a penny more, to spend on a car. The cars gotta work, have MOT and tax, insurance is all sorted by company insurance policy so any engine is fine..
Ideally Surrey/Hants area, needs to be available within the next week I'd imagine, and WORK!
No idea what the challenges are, but I don't think they are planning on crashing them or doing anything too dramatic, seeing as its an IT company. IMO something large and diesel would cover them quite well... so people carriers, estates, anything cool would do.
What ya got? Pics too, to forward on to get their approval.

I'd get on ebay and do a local search within your price range, just look for somit with service history good tyres and exhaust- Ive bought some gems when ive been on a budget as long as youre not too fussy on make and model.....

Yep, I've been searching my little backside off on Ebay/Trader, but she doesnt seem to like what I find... XR4x4i for £400.... don't like it. Volvo 480 with FSH, everything... don't like it. Vectra Estate... don't like it. Given up. |

Looks like I've found a late 90's Vectra Estate from a nice private seller about 5 miles away.
I had found a fairly battered Transit for 500 notes but it got sold pretty damn quick.
Ah well, If all else falls through it'll be a Daewoo Matiz for them. L:D

It had electrical problems, but nothing I couldnt fix with £20 of wire and a few spare fuseboxes I've got sitting around. It was proper tidy too, proper proper lovely looking. Had MOT too. |

Not really ideal - BMW 5 series, Merc 200TE, absolutely anything local with T&T....
Main thing is its gotta be rock solid, no dodgy bits, as I'm gonna be letting the missus drive it...

k its a 306 td L reg clean inside needs a polish outside lol(still clean thou) dad wants £475 for it I'm guna do a for salr thred prob monday if its any good to you ill hold off for the mo . I live I stanwell so not miles from you
