Most of the tyres are knackered on the Lada- one close to blowout! If I can't get a solution, wheels day is off for me! So I need one of the following options -
Set of alloys @ 4 x 98 pcd with legal tyres.
Set of steel wheels with 175/?*/13 legal tyres.
Problem is I can only afford £50 max.
* - Currently running 70 profile, but the lower the better!

Can you not go down the nearest tyre shop and get some part worns on? We do 165/65 at £12 each.

how do you find out the stud pattern?? measure the holes?

centre of hole to centre of next hole I think.
SS, but you're up north where things are cheaper!

i have some 14 inch steels with near on new tyres but I'm unsure about what car the wheels are from!! failing that i think ive 2 very good 175/70/13 tyres here??

from centre of one hole to centre of opposite hole, not the next one along. imagine drawing a circle through all the holes and getting the diameter of that  |

Got some fiat X1/9 wheels with pirellis iirc, no centre caps but they hold wind and don't seem perished. Can sort pics for you if you like. *edit*  |
