Ok, so I forgot my lunch at work today so decided to go to the local bike shop down the street from the branch to get a "way back" seat post for my BMX. Fast forward....... now I'm in the bike shop and theres a nice little Diamondback cruiser sitting riight there.... and its reduced. Obviously I NEED to buy it immediatly. Cha ching Now my wife has a new bike. I had really wanted to get he an Electra Huli Huli, but this was a fraction of the price and still looks great. Now all I need to get for it is a basket for the front and a parcel shelf for the back.  The one I bought is a little differnt colour, but you get the idea. |

I don't think I'm going to do much more than add the rack and basket to that one.
I DID however just buy a 1950's Schwinn "Bike Porter" roof rack.... NIB.
Cant wait to get that in the mail.

Thats a good find. Mind you, NOT as expensive as a pub lunch my dad had in about 1983, couple of pints, sausage and mash, and a Jensen Interceptor with a knackered carb.... |
