Well the work/store space has not been helpful in the 'accumulating junk stages' over the past few years. This space needed to be workable before I went mad. last year I think So In the deep end, its a familiar thing really, after all half this junk came from my old bedroom! Last year my boss chucked away a really good workbench with shelf but I wasn't quick or clever enough to liberate it, and rag n bone man got it, now in China! So when three square desks came up being chucked I bagged em, with thanks for the help of my white van man. cheers mate. When I unloaded 3 desks at my mums place I thought she'd have a cow but I got away with it! few weeks on, straight in for the kill, and sort my half assed attempt to work with what the old man who lived here before knocked together.... shiftin gone! ....

BTW Anyone remember my ingenious piece of craftmanship exhaust? Well it got pulled off the car I went out of the garage! from stupid quiet to stupid noisy in one easy step! ;D chap next door was a bit flumaxed by it! saved me a job. Anyway rearrangements for another day pondered my options for a while, wood, work tops etc, then got the grinder out n attacked the 3rd desk still outside chop chop, strip and size up. then see if I can still weld. Yeah I can but its still sketchy, finally got a setting that worked, 4 seting gas, max 1 power, and 7.5 wire feed. one of the healthier examples. Brother in law to be popped by witha drill to lend and some pro know how, made sure teh front end was strong, using two tops and a sandwich piece of chipboard holding it tight to the framework. Vice on and we're laughing. its bolted to the frame, and all parts recycled in stock ones! W00t! ready for retro pimping action one more tidy up, and relocation of junk and we're ready for action in that there garage.

I'm halfway through sorting mine. I've built a loft area in it for maximum dry storage space. Got some spare cupboards to put up then i'm about done. Will be nice to be able to get a car in haha.

Good stuff, you can never have too much "workbenchspace". But if your garage is like my shed I give it 9 days before it's covered over with more stuff. ;D good stuff mate, whats going on with the sierra anyway? Seconded!

Sierras next!!! got thinking and working space now which is vital. all other areas of storage are also nearly tidy too. Infact thats what I've been upto. its a first believe me. I may stay tidy and organised for a bit now.... Next up is to order a quality leccy fan, and see if i can get an aluminium custom radiator made at a price that quotes me happy. then see about a decent exhaust build! anyone need a sawn off pinto exhaust? could be welded back together...
