What happens? the signals get hijacked manipulated by knobs n widgets then output as sound somehow. Its very interesting. |

What happens? the signals get hijacked manipulated by knobs n widgets then output as sound somehow. Its very interesting. Yeah your effectively 'creatively short-circuiting' the toy. So all you have to do is get a length of wire and just connect two different parts of the circuit together until you find a noise you like When you find a connection that makes it go crazy, solder the wire onto those connections and put a switch or button along your new wire connection to activate it, so you can effectively 'play' your new instrument ;D It's great fun, the older the toy is the better, because the circuits are bigger and easier to manipulate. That's why Speak & Spells ae popular with circuit benders! But most toys will do something  |

I have loads more, including a Buzz Lightyear! Noooo! They're the best film spin off toy evAr! I have one! It's great, but I don't have a screwdriver long enuf to get the batteries out and the spring that does one of his wings is knackered so only one pops out, rather half arsedly. Mine needs new batteries and the helmet lid never closed properly. Let us know how you get on with that. |
