Here's another mod done recently. Ok, ok, strictly speaking I didn't do it myself- I farmed this job out, but still, whaddaya think guys? Unmodded: Modded: All modifications were done at the request of Mrs BBQ and pictures posted with her blessing. ;D Not in trouble for this too, am I?

Nice one. and I mean it.
My ex-Fiasco was built like a Whippet, which is cool in some departments, but she had real issues , and went to Cape Towns one univerity hospital had psycological tests etc, to prove she had issues, then made sure she was unemployed, which meant she only paid a £3.00 admin fee, as she was practice dummy for the proffs assistant, and had the job done by the professor of Plastic surgery, and his 2nd in command, as a Hospital job, they used the latest French technology available, and I have to say, she went from a 34 A (well almost an A ) to a 34 B-plus, and when she gained a bit of weight she was a 34C which in South African sizes, equates to a UK "D"
She looked magnificent, not freakish at all, and the difference it made to being and living with her, was massive.
I am no great fan of cosmetic surgery just for vanities sake, but it makes a huuuuge difference to peoples lives.
You tell your lady, she looks lovely, and that she will find the world now really opens for her, both wrt her self image, and more importantly the way she can buy clothes, and wear them.
Notice from now on the way she walks, the way she talks, the way she interacts with her world.
APPROVED Mods.

We only asked for a C cup but, as Dolly Parton once famously said "Plastic surgeons have a habit of making mountains out of molehills" She never lack confidence outwardly, but always felt like she wasn't a complete woman. She's now so much happier I wish we'd done it years ago.

Nice mod'!!
If you don't mind me asking, what's the outlay on that kind'a job?
I'm asking 'cos SWMBO has mentioned it a few times since delivering our sprogs. (I personally don't think there's anything wrong with hers, but she does.)

OOOFFFF!!!! etc...... Good on her if she feels better for it. Its unfortunate that people are judged on their apperance but thats the world we live in, self esteem is very important and she'll be much happier with more of it
