Heres my Suki its a 600 on an X plate 2000 model. Its only done 4K from new, 1 owner from new never been on its centre stand still has paint on the bottom not a mark on it anywhere Been off the road for a year as i've not had time to sort it out, it has a fault that it misfires under acceleration from 2k to 5k after that its fine. Gonna make a start on putting it back on the road soon and i'm thinking god its Fugley Thinking of losing the fairings and streetfighting it and then finishing it in rat black any other idea's? sports chopper or something ?

Teapots rule for simple delivery of what it says on the package, reliable transport.
Not sure chopping it would make much sense, sell it for what you can get, buy a cosmetic insurance write off, and rebuild as a streetfighter or something interesting.
Your bike is as close to spotless as can be.

Downside is they are close to worthless wouldn't even make a grand thats even with an mot i don't have the history file for it either previous owner lost it bandits are worth much more plus i could make some money back on selling off the fairings, clocks lights etc as they would not be used if it was streetfightered

Teapots are even uglier with the fairing off. Some radical thinking needed. Browse bikepics.com, i'm pretty certain there is at least one or two well modded tea cosy's on that. Just to show solidarity, here's my hopeless case!

Now the garage tidying and cleaning process is complete i will be making a start recommissioning it this weekend. The said flat spot is geling in the carbs or something so they will be coming off for a good clean out and the 18month old petrol will be emptied and the tank flushed. Will treat it to new fuel lines too and a service and get it in for its MOT

streetracer it, may not sell for much public but I know of lots of biker groups who would adore it. It would be an fan based sale only.
