Well for starters I have an old 3-speed bike that has been sat in my back yard for over a year, well I finally dug it out and started its recovery back to the road. Will get some pictures up later this evening hopefully. But this has been playing on my mind for the last few days. Classic trike + 50cc Scooter engine. Obviously there are legality issue if you wanted to use this on the road getting it registered etc but even if it was for off road only could be some great fun.

Will have to save up first but this could be a nice over winter project - May nip to the motorcycle breakers in Macclesfield and see what kind of engines they have, I then need to find a trike!!

I want to make a chopper-style motorbike but really small and from bicycle parts, so when you're done with this project any advice you could give me would be great

Remove the pedals and lower the jesus christ out of it! (remember, with no suspension real lowness can be achieved)
P.S on a practical note you will need a humongous rear sprocket to convert a moped engine with a 12" rear wheel to a 23" rear wheel.
