This is a longshot but anyone near Altrincham, near Manchester and Cheshire ever seen a dodge- renault Truck in John Deere colours and graphics. curiously its got Merc badges on instead of Renault badges and merc rear lights too i think. Looks way cool. If anyone knows of this pick up truck let us know. Also though whats the deal with these things are they a dodge import sold as renault, seems wierd like this but loads bettererer ;D

it doesn't matter if it's a Morris Marina or a Toyota Celica - it's what you do with it that counts

Do a google image search and it'll bring up the military version. As I remember they were designed to be a mid size transport unit for the Army, they were commissioned and ended up being a waste of space. I think there were stories of fields of them being parked up because they were so useless... Given that they're ex-Army, you don't see many about and they'd be a useful tool, so they can't be very good at all.

... the only injury I sustained was a bumped head when I let the seatbelt of without realizing the car was upside down and that's not really the car's fault.

I won't be there when you cross the road, so always use the Green Cross Code.

Renault and Dodge had an 80's tie in didn't they, which resulted in some Renners (cars) being sold in the US as Dodges.

The Ford there is an A Series, the cab is Transit as you can see but the chassis is plated for much higher weights and there were some bloody useful 4x4 versions made too, actually I think your picture is of one of them, if memory serves those were by Reynolds Boughtons too.
