	Well seen as ive found a car and parts have started getting here. I thought id start my journal for project 5hit Box. The car is a MKII Golf 16v and started life in Dundee in 1990 and 18 years later it back home. The Car cost the Whole of £400 back in Feb, with the Borbet A's lookalikes under the arches.... The Car is also sat on a 80mm Drop Kit Since then I have taken off the borbets, and Replaced them with the standard BBS RA's, and got the German Plates on it.... and Fitted the show cage (Got off ED 38 Last Month). Ive got some BBS RM's of a very helpful member on here. Goes by the name of THR POLISHER, and just ordered the 165/50/15's today from Euro-tek I have purchased some Smoked X Headlights which have been fitted, and a Single headlight Standard Grille of Ebay. And Just picked up my Coilover Kit yesterday which is being fitted on Thursday.... Also turned up this morning is a set of Full Red rear lights from Germany.... The Car isn't without it problems, It needs a New Tailgate (Got off ED38 Last Week) and the Bonnet needs a blow over.... And best of all it need the petrol cap area doing.... Needless to say ive got a perminant massive grin and cant wait to get started!

	Ouch @ The petrol cap area! Looks quite tidy aside from that, and those wheels are going to look ace... and what a price!

	Nice car, nasty rust! Oh well I am sure it'll all be worth it once those secsual rims are on ;D

	looking pretty good apart from the rust!1 its amazing how some mk2's are rusting quicker than later mk1's???

	A few pictures after the car had been lowered..... Car is now sporting a de-badge grille and on coilovers..... On the rear its got a de-spoilered tailgate and full red rear tail lights from germany, NOT just Tinting spary.....

	The Day started off SO well with the postman sack filled with new bits..... Polished 16v inlet manifold Early seven bar single headlight grille Chrome door catches and VW motorsport knob Then this afternoon the tyres where finally fitted to the rm's... Then it all started to go WRONG..... First The Rims wouldn't fit under the arches.... So i need the arches rolled :bang: Euro Look (165/50/15's) Anyone got any idea's? Second Pulling into my parking space at home I see Oil from the front of the Car... Looks like the gearbox seal has gone.... :bang: What a day!!!
