brought this mk2 golf off e.bizzle for £864 over the odds i think got carried away with the bidding war, (4th mk2 golf i've had) but with nearly full MOT & tax body work was nice and the colour i wanted i was happy.

BUT the dirty curse word had put, new oil and water in he gave me a set of recon clocks as the ones in had broke that day, drove the car for a week before, it started ticking like mad, a closer look the head gasket had gone and the head cracked, he even removed the thremo stat ... as the clocks were disconected no temp water light ... I know I know i should have checked etc.

within a few weeks it was in my garage for the engine work
while it was off the road i picked up a few bits and tidied up the trim
