Had this about 6 years now and whilst it was off road for the last 3 or 4 due to it wanting a master cylinder, and me having other things to take my time and money, it's now back otr.
I fitted the chrome arches, call it a moment of madness or crime against fashion, but they're coming off soon. Wheeltrimz are also a distant-ish memory as have some AMG reps getting refurbed as I type. It's a 2.0 manual with (apparantly) rare heated front seats, cool MB Tex (pretend leather!) seats ftw and electric sunroof and all windows. Current mods are nothing major: tinted rear lights, clear front and side repeaters and non-standard '190' chrome wing badges.
Anyhow future plans are maybe to slam it (the new wheels fill the arches quite nicely and I like the current ride), get a different steering wheel as I'm big and fat so struggle getting in and out and possibly have a light tint on the windows, though jury is still out on that. It's been kept in the garage since the day I've owned it and only ever spent seven nights outside when we went on holiday in it once so it's pretty much stayed clean and dent free. Oh, took the chorme arches off the other day to find the only bit of rust on the bodywork on the o/s/f arch. Not a great deal but really peed me off and will be having a go at sorting it this weekend...
My favourite recent picture...
Here's how it will be looking soon though with gloss black wheel centres to match the paintwork...
