i'v been lurkin on here for a while , picked up some parts for 1 of my projects . thought it was time i posted some pic's ;D 1969 Sunbeam Rapier Fastback Ford 289ci V8 , twin 625cfm 4brl carters Salisbury axle , 10x15 & 8x15 centerlines some history of the car here >> members.tripod.com/Sunbeam_Rapier/alleg.htmi'v owned this for about 12 years , doing bits to it as & when i could afford & fit it in . nearly finished now , a solid week would see it at MoT stage so look out for it around N.E. england soon ;D Tel .

looks like it eats tanks for breakfast. << love that front arches are F/Glass mk2 capri or escort i think , the back 1's are steel, rear quarter panels cut from a capri, tweeked around & welded on there to look like Xpack forgot about this pic engine is mid-mounted . yeah matt i want to do some shows & a few trips to the pod

not really unusual , Salisbury 4HA , LSD , leaf springs & upper radius arms . The props only 1Ft long. i'm looking for a go-kart seat for passengers, with the gearbox in there & the 'Z' gate shifter on the side of it there isnt enough space for a normal car seat. anyone got 1 spare ?

That's fantastic The Rapier shape is a cool one anyway , I saw a brown one at a show in the summer driven by an old bird and it just looked so good ( the Rapier not the old bird )but that is superb. North East you say ? .....
