Been considering whether to put this up for a while but have found 10 minutes so I thought i'd show you my just for a laugh project.
A couple of mates and myself decided that too much of our life was spent in the pub of an evenong so we came up with a cunning (pub based) plan and created this for the grand total of about + £100 !!!
Yup, 2 minis into 1 sold of the good shell and alloys came out in profit, which we duly spent in the pub.....
No more photos to hand but to be honest it was pretty rough but good for a laugh, joined throttles, clutches and gearboxes and it all worked reasonably well, but we got bored of spending more time keeping it running than using it.
So we sold the mini and invested the profit into one of these,a boggo shopping spec 205 for the grand sum of £60 !
The aforementioned 205 then sat up on the farm for a couple of weeks getting more and more nervous, wondering what terrible fate would befall it.
Turns out it was right to be scared, first off a bit of a cage, mostly formulated from some very non-cds tube borrowed from work....
Then the rear beam disappeared, be scared little car, be very scared !!
Then we got one of these for free
and did this
Well then can anyone any see what's about to happen ?!!
And relax little car, the painful bit is over now.
Much buggering about later all this happened
None of this work is particularly nice, but it's good enough for thrasing aimlessly around a field /orchard. Only real headache so far has been keeping the ECU loom together
That's enough for now, bit a lick of paint to finish off for the evening, more fun soon !
