vespa looks very nice, what does VBB stand for? i thought it was either a sportique or GS??

don't think it stands for anything... just body/frame type.
You'd but right about it looking like a sportique. It's pretty much the same but with three gears instead of the sportiques four.

What plans you got for the mk1 'tina? Well, as she's solid & reliable she's my daily driver at the moment. I don't want to take it of the road to do any resto work coz I've got too many projects as it is. As the paint is all flaking off I'm left with no choice... HoodRide! She's getting decked on some old but mint RS wheels & a wooden-slat roofrack is in the post as we... erm... type. I'm going to DA the rest of the flaky bits off like the bonnet too. That was only ten minuets with some eighty grit.  |

what engine is the vespa running?? I had a 166 px up until a few weeks ago aaah, she still has the original 125 'standard'. It's pretty slow but hasn't let me down. I've had it a couple of years now & apart from the cosmetic stuff I've only ever had to do a clutch cable. I used to have a '67 Lambretta Special... was my first vehicle. Ah the memories... Sold it to my Dad. He still has it...  (the blue one) |
