I've just bought a new tool. A 1293 Richard Longman powered road going sprint/hillclimb Mini to be precise!
But...the owner is in the process of moving house. Basically the V5 may of been lost.
Does anyone know what the process is to sort out a V5?

The car is being delivered to me on a flat bed in the week. The current owner is moving to a new house. So all I have to do is apply for a new log book? Surely I'll need proof it's mine, something from the owner?
