 Hey, I know it's not much right now but this is the new project. I was talking to Mike (with the Viva packing a CA18DET) and I think the plan's a good one. Sticker the back window up, try and blag my mate's spare Mk2 G60 seats, board out the back, drop it on it's ass in a big way on some 13s and a big, big tidy up / respray. Thought I'd chuck a few pics of a couple of my old ones in too;  This was prior to 15s and real number plates and wing mirrors. I didn't do it, honest  I bought it as it sits there...  This is my old Coupe. Right bodge, hacked springs and filled side repeaters, aerial, badges, rear wiper etc with a thin coat of off-body colour paint  . I did like it though. Had a cleaned bay too. *Modified post to make the images smaller. |

ya made it on ere then! nice one!
I say we cut the springs on the carvan too, just for gods sake don't 'boso' it! I like my caravans euro, ai!

I was thinking of following the G40 principle. Obviously not a G40 lump as I can't afford or find one but probably a 1.4 Injection out of an early 6N Polo with a G-Lader-a-like 'charger on it. Don't want big power, bout 150bhp would do and then if I want to push it up I've got another 40-50bhp left in it. I'm still after a Jetta in a big way though so I might have to get this one respectable and then keep it as a runner and go after that.
