this is my mini city auto ebay special the best £150 ive ever spent after towing it 40 miles home we managed to burn out both the clutchs in the auto box so in went the 1275, stage one kit, beam rear axle, coilovers, buckets and a couple of stickers now i think I'm getting a bit bored and want something rwd as my daily driver, so hears the rest of the mini mini restoration

the plan at the moement is to fit a complete fiberglass front, repair some of the dents, lower it a bit more, cage it maybe, paint and then sell

thanks for the comments, i really wanted to keep it the same brown to but I've spent the last month plus looking for the colour as the code has worn off the plate, two automotive paint suppliers and two ici reps and no one could match the colour it has been painted a couple of times before though the last owner used it as a bit of a bumper car anyway hears the photos from today i think it can go a little lower still if i remove the cut down bump stops completely

Reckon I could get the colour IDd for you, if it's a standard one. Want me to ask the AR Online crowd? (Previous the Unofficial Austin Rover Web Resource which was a bit of a mouthful!)

well it was good but you have ruined it by removing the bumper mounts and giving it a bloddy flip front, like every other modified Mini

Nice Mini you got there dude. The paint IS (yes, definately) British Leyland Mace Brown, my Mini Estate is/was the same colour.
Cheers,
Oli.
