Just bought this sweet little Corona. Some of you will have seen this on eBay recently Does anyone know it? The body is beautiful, solid, straight and has had a super repaint in its original colour. It's been in a Toyota dealer showroom for years, used a little but needs a very thorough service and mechanical tidying.   Ferg |

Cheers. I didn't realise the body was as nice before I picked it up. I was going to lower / Minilites / Twin cam it but, for now at least, I'm going to make it lovely again. I was expecting drum brakes all round but it's got discs up front, double wishbone suspension and a decent anti-roll bar as standard. It's a lovely little car!

Lets clear up car terms:
"Understeer" is when you hit the fence with the front of the car.
"Oversteer" is when you hit the fence with the rear of the car.
"Horsepower" is how fast you hit the fence.
"Torque" is how far you take the fence with you.

Lovely motor that. Did a fair bit of drooling over it, when it was on ebay. Glad to see it found its' way over to RR. You've probably already found this, but there's some nicely modded ones on this site, if you're looking for inspiration. |
