& as it is now, with "NYC 8371" cab numbers done with a stencil then aged with wet n' dry on the doors.......now just need a light for the roof! lol  |

fastbacks are so underated. theres a flip painted one near to where i live and its crying out for a rebuild. would love to buy one but have nowhere to keep it! yours looks a fairly solid example. how long you owned it?

I do like that - sitting on the fence regarding the alloys.... but the paint effect and the whole thing looks great.

I'd always wanted one & finally bought this one for reasonable dosh in August..........is the flip painted one near you peach coloured?? just there's one that colour keeps popping up on fleabay! My advice for anyone thinking of gettin into aircooled vw's is try a type 3 before you join the herd & buy a beetle! |
