Hi everyone - just joined today, have enjoyed scouring through the site, especially the black cossie! here's my ride...as ever it needs regular attention, not least a new sunroof after it blew off on the M4 last week! Runs well though - much of the usual G60 spec - 68mm pulley, no boost return, etc and full stainless exhaust. plenty more too, but I'll bore you with that another time a few pics...and a couple of the old man's TR6

Very tidy looking G60 and in the best colour too.
What wheels are they?

It is a genuine one, but unfortunately it didn't come with BBS...the current wheels are Rial's, I don't know what model! Never seen another set and not sure where they came from. cheers for the comments

Nice one, so whats the plans for it then?? my mate used to have a polo G40 and that was quick for a supercharged 1.3, so i would imagine your G60 is awsome

well plans for the near future are to get the 4 lamp grill back on, and the sunroof, then some new sill trims and various black plastic parts to tidy her up a bit! Also a couple of new wings and a bit of a door repair. I'd love to get hold of some RM's but I can't afford them at the moment.
If I get the opportunity to take it off the road I'd also like to take the engine out and tidy the bay up, but I'm not quite capable of that without serious amounts of time!
I suppose in a nutshell I want to get it looking absolutely standard, but OEM+, so will keep the low ride height and so on. It's good fun to drive though, so enjoying it's the main thing I guess!
how about you, does the mk2 in your name refer to golfs, or something else??!

I just checked it out and will join up, looks like a nice site. Bit late joining this year so missed the RR show, but looking forward to the next one. Will definitely be moseying around the sierra, it was totally impeccable! Cheers for the heads up too.. oH, and Captain Wow - yep, agreed, always looking for a bit more! Headwork next when funds allow
