hello there jack I'm OK the car isn't at the minute  i have had 2 remove lots of bits 2 get to the starter (nice job to do  ) it was smoking lots. but its fine now £10 to get it reconditioned(not bad in my book) as it caused my car to be poorly. wasn't happy sat on the A1 at 7pm till late when the AA finally found me. as its off the road I'm going 2 rebuild the back Axel. then when thats finished I'm gong 2 start on my landy (and the other half is going 2 help. going 2 be a long job that. lol) |

mint car you just need to sort the power plant out and drop it as much as possible and it will be cool did you not get any pictures of it with smoke or steam coming from the bonnet  |

update. have had the starter recond. its all fitted now. but the wiring harnis that goes to the starter alternator is fried I need 2 replace it all  there where a few sparks and lots of smoke. nearly setfire to the lot lol. rebild that then it will be on the road again. shall I sell it now its fixed? as its 2 small 2 get parts in . its all runnig now. just going 2 get the prop sorted need the joint at the frount fixing as its a little loose ;D well very loose!!! but i carnt find aneyware 2 do it. not happy carnt drive my car |

If so I've got the old one off my Kadett which actually was a Chevette one . Yours if you want it and I'll actually be down your way tomorrow if you want it dropped in..

I am so glad to see a straight, non slammed Chevette, (not that I have anything against it) for a change.... its looks so nice I just want to own it!!!!
leave it as it is, every man and his dog has red top powered slammed Chevettes so be different!
