I love having a CNC machine at work Trial fitted, all looks ok, its above the height of the front of the car so fairly safe. PS, driving home tonight in the lanes and there was a great big '11' in the road that looked like it matched my rear tyres

Just read through this! You are an inspiration and well done for giving the authorities a metaphorical middle finger by passing the test! I can imagine the relief and ecstasy on getting the pass were out of this world! I was looking for how you got around the gutter issue but couldn't spot it...... Again, congrats on the pass, the car is awesome!

Again, congrats on the pass, the car is awesome! That is the way I've said in the past, EU HATE us having and using BIVA test system so every pass is a finger up . They ( EU) tried their best to screw us over when swapping from the perfectly usable SVA to BIVA but still we adapt

Hmmm.......these arrived today, did not get it for this but it fits nicely and I kinda like it - I was going to get them sign written anyway. And I have also decided to make the car slower Dynamat going in to quieten it down a bit.

Most manufacturers go for a discrete chrome badge ? Yeah, part of me likes it and part of me thinks it's a bit gaudy Only got it for the garage wall, got a smaller one too but too small for wing. Unsure at present but they can always be peeled off if I do fit them - will need to buy another for the other side if so.

My personal opinion....
It's a nice graphic. I presume you didn't get two identical ones as the 'Anglia' Oval needs to be at the other end of OUTLAW on the other side.
But anyway my opinion is it's such a beautiful car I wouldn't want to stick a bunch of modern print stickers on it.
I'd personally prefer a simplified version of the same graphic and typograpjy, but hand painted in one or two colours.
Just personal though, innit.

Appreciate the input Tim, nudges me to the - 'it's too gaudy' side. Plans are for simple O/A 105 to be signwritten on them in green which is my Outlaw Anglia registry no.

The graphic is a bit... American Car Show. It's a nice graphic, but if you put it on the car people might make Assumptions.

Not much to report, but fitted some LED sidelight bulbs yesterday from leds , wow they are bright! Almost as bright as the dipped beams. Will take some photos this weekend as off to a big Pop show in Market Bosworth (Popstalgia). Dimmed down the main beam blue tell tale led in the dash (another thread in tech about this) and it now seems a good brightness not to affect my night vision anymore. Also replaced all the green led lighting in the dash with proper quality ones from the company above as well, much better brightness and also got sample red & blue ones so I may chop & change dash colours.

Re: The Outlaw Anglia graphic I forgot to say... I had assumed this was something of your own devising, using the words Outlaw Anglia for your car specifically not referring to the Outlaw Anglia class. In the stands really early on the Saturday at SantaPod I looked round and a bloke sat next to me was wearing a teeshirt with the same graphic on it. Knowing you were thinking of coming, but knowing this bloke didn't look like you at all, I boomed at him over the sound of burn-outs "HI! YOU'RE HERE WITH MARK?". He looked very very confused about my question. "NO I'M HERE WITH STEVE".... "IS STEVE A FRIEND OF MARKS?" "I DON"T KNOW WHO MARK IS" "WITH THE OUTLAW ANGLIA" "WHICH ONE?" "WHAT? THAT GRAPHIC ON YOUR TEE SHIRT. IT'S FOR MARK'S ANGLIA?" "NO, I BOUGHT IT FROM A STALL AT THE LAST RACE" and he then went into some detail about the purchase of the tee, the cost, the location of the stall etc, and the fact it was the graphic device used for the Outlaw Anglia class in general. At which point the penny dropped it wasn't unique to your car. But the really really strange thing is that immediately after I'd confused him and then turned away sheepishly, an old American bloke sat about six feet away slide over and said the EXACT same thing to the bloke in the tee-shirt "HEY BUDDY, ARE YOU WITH MARK? IS HE HERE?" and Mr tee-shirt had to explain the entire thing all over again. I'll freely admit... this is not the most interesting anecdote. You might want to save yourself some time by not reading it.

Remember your issue with the your dash led? Now imagine two of those driving towards you! Should be fine, they are bright but no-where near as bright (from a forward viewing point of view) as the dipped beams.
