Its an RA28 2000ST. To be honest it's not really modified except for cosmetic stuff but thought I'd show it off anyway. [a href=" "] [/a] I have another one of these needing restored and fancy doing it like a new-model-mustang with moulded bumpers, skirts, bigger wheels, etc. Any thoughts? [a href=" "] [/a] AL

Its an RA28 2000ST. To be honest it's not really modified except for cosmetic stuff but thought I'd show it off anyway. No need to apologise, it's definitely worthy. A big no to bumper changes, a big yes to bigger (or rather, wider!) wheels.

Very nice motor mate. I have a TA22 V8 but if I was tempted by another Gen1 celica a fastback would be first choice

Yeah, I was thinking of a V8. Hope to try a Lexus 1UZ V8 but it's a bit of a challenge.

Thanks for the compliments guys. This is indeed breaking my heart, but I need to make the break and move on. If I had £££££ and space and time she would be staying right here. I get so many ideas for projects but never get round to them; a V8 in my other Celica (hope I have the skillz), a kit car of some sort, bike stuff, campervans, my head goes crazy. It must be all those Street Machine mags I read as a kid. My mother did warn me. Al
