Took delivary of the 2 door MK3 Cortina 1971 which I purchased from Nightmareracing. Its got a 2.8 V6 engine in it from a Capri {i believe} with custom bonnet, roll cage {partially instaled} and 17inch alloy wheels. Ive got plenty plans for the car including a colour change, new deep dish alloys and a new bonnet as its starting to split form the carbon vent. Its getting upgraded brakes this coming week as the current ones a bit warped so hopefully be on the raod next week sometime ;D Heres a few pics of how it is now and ill post more as the work starts

NIce, will be interesting to see a change or two, but the paints timeless and classy, oh and mint(?) surely I know how important it is to stamp you mark on an already nice car. need to carry this on with two of mine... look forward to seeing this one...

it doesn't matter if it's a Morris Marina or a Toyota Celica - it's what you do with it that counts

Now that takes me back a bit. I used to have a superb 2000GXL Auto in the eighties. Bright red with a black vinyl roof. Eight track stereo too. Nice looking car that, registered in Southend.

Like the new wheels but if I'm honest there's something not quite right about the paint lines. Too much silver not enough blue maybe? Still looks a cracking car though. We should have done the deal that we spoke about on my Celica, I'd still like your car someday
