aww yous guys! cheers for the cool response it is nice to hear because when i'm freezing my nuts off, getting covered in curse word, mashing my arms up, lying there getting rained on while dismantling a rusty old car you do start thinking.. what the blasted hell am I doing! there's still plenty to do. and it does look sweet in the pics. don't be fooled into thinking it's mint or owt. it's a scruffy jolly pain in the backside but, I don't care! I love it. and i'm not trying to make it pretty I want it badass! ;D and i'm going in the right direction I think. cheers again! oh and i'll sort a pic of Minami for you holding a spanner next to the car or something. should look funny scale wise. she is so diddy! lol just noticed the rude word censoring. is funny as!

OK better post now, just wanted to get it out of my system as this is my "most anticipated car of 2008"!
The modifications are 100% to my liking, I love period wheels but deep-dish Meisters are just lovely, seriously considering a set for the Mira. Goes with the stance so well!
As for the bodywork, nice one! It's not immediately cool or interesting like a nice set of wheels, but it shows the car is in good hands, I knew you'd look after it! Looks fantastic without the rubbing strips on the side too, such a clean shape. White is a great colour for them too, shows all the cool little creases. Now get the wonky bumpers sorted!!
Liking the sound of your future plans too, glad I'm not the only Nardi wheel fan and I bet it will benefit from the suspension overhaul!
My offer for a sit inside remains - get it to the next J-tin meet (whenever it is arranged) and I will reward you with coinage!

it is nice to hear because when i'm freezing my nuts off, getting covered in curse word, mashing my arms up, lying there getting rained on while dismantling a rusty old car you do start thinking.. what the blasted hell am I doing! DO NOT GIVE UP. the amount of times ive thoguth about selling the mini, especially with going through 3 engines in 6months. But then i think about the summers, and when i went to the 'ring in it, and how fun it is when you get it sideways and ahhhhh minis lol love and hate is too close to call. But seriously, the rims are amazing and just transform the car completly.

What (a don't understand) "SSR" ?! My Car: It worse ed - not that condition... wow that's odd not seen one like that. the wheels look like the standard ones from a laurel. SSR is the make of the front wheels. It stands for Super Star Racing
