Spec:Exterior: Chalkboard bonnet and roof, Badgeless Grill with retro AA badge. Interior: Sony Headunit, VW mats and Mk2 Coupe S seats. Engine: Standard 1.3GT engine with 3" Exhaust system. Wheels and Suspension: 6/7x13 Mattig Steels and Lowered 80mm on unknown springs and shocks. Future plans at the moment include a cleanup all round (just spent the last two days cleaning and polishing) and then look into making the car my own with some cool little details. After that, who knows? At the moment I love how it is and I couldn't be happier.

Cheers mate. The AA badge is everyones favourite lol. Think you can usually pick them up easily enough at Classic Shows from the guys that sell all the car emblems, trim and chrome etc.

Nice stance, best of both worlds as with luggage, you'll get a flat lowering, not back rake like i get! ;D Not sure the AA badge suits it really, but could be a reason to keep it. I can see you having some fun with this....

it doesn't matter if it's a Morris Marina or a Toyota Celica - it's what you do with it that counts

Have to admit Mark, I wasn't sure about the AA badge when I saw the pictures but in the metal it does add something to the car, if it wasn't there I think the front would look a tad bland tbh. I certainly am having fun, you don't know how good it is to have something I really want. Its brought back a whole new love of cars again.
gotwood- Sir, to me that is a huge compliment being as to me you own the top and most recogniseable Mk3 in the UK.

Cool looking Polo you've got there Will Looks familiar.... I see its a local car (NH number plate) Think i'd just lift the exhaust back box up & make up some semi-bozo style tail pipe, like what seems to be popular on the more old-skool genre of H2O VWs Then sit back, clean & enjoy

Very cool, really liking that. Bit of tinkering and it'll be perfect.
Glad ur having fun with it too - can't wait to get the Jetta on the road and enjoy driving again - its soo boring in a newish car!

Dan: Yeah, its a Northampton car and Kettering before that I believe. The 'pipe is being raised this week hopefully, just the old rubbers that are stretched as far as I can tell. Like the idea of the up-turned pipe, saw something similar on the PVW Slamtana, also thinking a side-exit would be cool. Kenton: The steels may be up for sale if/when I get bored of them. Not for a while though because i'm simply loving them too much. Mark: I just tend lower the brightness slightly and raise the contrast a bit. Then simply crop, add a border and sharpen once its at its final size.
