hey everyone. thought i'd show you my new ride. so far all i've done to it is lower it by about inch n 1/2 - 2 inches. its gonna go on a set of isuzu piazza alloy's as shown on my old chevette body needs a bit of a touch up so will be going gun metal grey or similer with mnt green pin stripes and green metal flake roof. hope you like it spyk

Fond memories of Mk2 Polos, take so much abuse and give such faithfull service, that shape has real potential too.

thiught i'd put some nw pics up my old opel rostyles with 175/50/13's i decided 2 fit a set of 16's yea they didn't fit the back they rubbed on the strut and the arch it was fun getting them back off. lol

Rostyles look sweet! They looked as if they would foul the caliper when I offered mine up to my mk3, did you use spacers?
How did the pinto conversion go on the shovit?

yea i tried 5 mm spacers ok 1 side but the over side fouled so i got 1 of those 10mm spacer kits off ebay so they stick out a bit 2. na the chevettes gone but still have all the bolt ons i had i really wanna get a 2dr saloon or chevanne or estate

thought i'd update it. new bumper, bonnet and h/light spoiler thanks 2 vw ben. and finally got round to wrapping the wheels in yoko's and dropped another 15mm on lowered top mounts. me parked next to one on 14's and a 40 mm drop

I decided 2 fit a set of 16's yea they didn't fit the back they rubbed on the strut and the arch it was fun getting them back off. lol what tyres did you have on those 16s? you'd have probably got away with it on 165/45 tyres. i fiited 15s to a polo square and didnt have any trouble. the car does look very cool on those rostyles though

cheers. i've now painted the wheels and fitted trim rings and I gti'd the grill and she's been up the drag strip.
i've tried putting pics up but it wont let me
